# JT Web Automation Privacy Policy

JT Web Automation is a local-first Chrome extension designed for web data extraction, reusable extraction profiles, workflow automation, data export, and browser-based productivity.
## Information We Process
JT Web Automation processes the website content and data that you explicitly choose to extract using the extension.
This may include:
– Text
– HTML tables
– Links
– Images and image URLs
– Headings
– Lists
– Selected webpage elements
– CSS selectors and XPath selectors
– Saved extraction profiles
– Automation workflows
– Export preferences
– Local execution history
This information is processed locally in your browser and stored locally using Chrome extension storage and IndexedDB where applicable.
JT Web Automation does not upload your extracted website data, webpage content, saved profiles, workflows, or export data to JT Web Automation servers.
## Website Data Processing
JT Web Automation only processes webpage content when you actively use the extension’s extraction or automation features.
The extension does not continuously monitor your browsing activity.
JT Web Automation does not collect or maintain a browsing history of the websites you visit.
Extracted data remains on your device unless you explicitly export, copy, or otherwise transfer it using an available feature.
## Pro License Verification
If you choose to activate or refresh a JT Web Automation Pro Lifetime License, the extension may send the following information to Gumroad’s license verification service:
– License key
– JT Web Automation product identifier
– Generated installation identifier
This information is used only to verify the validity of your Pro license and manage license activation.
Core extraction and local automation functionality does not require a JT Web Automation server account.
## Data We Do Not Collect
JT Web Automation does not collect or sell:
– Browsing history
– Website content
– Extracted website data
– Saved profiles
– Automation workflows
– Exported files
– Financial information
– Precise location
– Authentication credentials
– Advertising identifiers
– Analytics events
– Telemetry
JT Web Automation does not use your data for advertising or interest-based advertising.
## Data Storage and Retention
Extraction profiles, workflows, settings, preferences, and local application data remain on your device.
This information remains stored until you:
– Delete it through the extension
– Clear the extension’s storage
– Remove the extension
License-related session information is stored locally and remains until you deactivate the license, clear extension data, or remove the extension.
Exported files are stored according to the destination and download settings of your browser.
## Third-Party Services
JT Web Automation does not require Google Cloud, Google Sheets, Google Drive, or other cloud services to perform its core functionality.
The only external service used for Pro license verification is Gumroad’s license verification service when you activate or refresh a Pro Lifetime License.
JT Web Automation does not send extracted webpage data to Gumroad.
## Security
JT Web Automation is designed with a local-first architecture.
The extension uses Chrome’s extension storage isolation and a restrictive Content Security Policy where applicable.
Data extraction, profile management, workflow configuration, and supported export operations are performed locally in the browser.
No executable code is downloaded from remote servers.
## Children’s Privacy
JT Web Automation is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
## Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when JT Web Automation’s data practices or functionality change.
The effective date will be updated when changes are published.
